What do you do on a Sunday night.......................

..... bring your kids to the bar!

Last weekend we were in town while Evan was checking out a job site. We ran into one of the guys who works for Evan and his wife, after the guys were finished checking out the bank that was being built Curt invited us out for drinks.
We were thinking a quick Coke and head home so we accepted and followed them to the "restaurant". A couple minutes later we pulled up to a bar.

So yes, we are the parents who take their kids into a bar on a Sunday night. The weirdest part is it is totally allowed out here and no one bats an eye. It is kind of like the fact that people can smoke everywhere out here, including in the restaurant at the table right next to yours.

So I was incredibly thirsty when we went to the bar on Sunday and ordered a bottle of water...... did they have water................NO !
You wouldn't believe how common that is out here, everyone sells coke, fanta, beer but not nearly everyone sells water. Drives me completely batty!
