Problems with the nanny STILL, crazy children, frustrating french lessons, intermittent power failures and now no water has left a foul taste in my mouth. Top that off with already feeling off and grump for the last couple days....................... NOT good!
Lots of tears have been flowing today.
Hopefully I will snap out of it in order to put up a good post yet tonight!

Awe.....you can have my shoulder to cry on. Can't wait to talk to you again :)
Anita, I miss you, your hugs and your smile! It was great to catch up with you yesterday and I can't wait to chat again as well.

You can do it! There are reasons you chose to move there and, in the end, this WILL be worth it. I promise! When I missed our former homes as a kid my parents told me to write down (or say it at supper) one good thing about our new home every day. Whether that's the fruit trees in the yard, no snow come November or whatever you find. Sometimes it's hard and you recycle something or do something small (was able to use a new word in conversation) but sometimes there's big things that are great that can be missed if you don't think about it.
Mel, you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to. Learning to live in Africa is going to be stretching but no where near impossible.
